Eligible Returns and Exchanges:
We only accept return or exchange requests under the following circumstances:
– The item received is damaged or defective.
– The wrong item was sent.
– A part or accessory is missing.
Non-Eligible Returns:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
– Orders placed in the wrong size by the customer.
– Change of mind or personal dislike.
– Discounted or sale items.
– Items that are worn, washed, altered, or tampered with.
Conditions for Approval:
For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
– The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
– All tags and accessories must be intact and undamaged.
– No stains, odors, damage, or signs of use should be present.
– Return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
– The return must be processed under the same order ID used to purchase the product.
Return Process:

2. Attach clear images showing the damage or problem.
3. Our team will assess your request and guide you through the process.
4. If approved, a store credit will be issued upon return and inspection.
Refunds:
SADAKK does not offer cash refunds. For approved returns, we issue store credit which can be used for a future purchase on sadakk.in.
Cancellations:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as we begin processing immediately. In case of duplicate orders or other concerns, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order for review.
SADAKK reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the policy conditions.
